GRAND CHILL is the alias and is located in China. PayPal was assisting me in returning the product, but it came from a local U.S. address. They are trying to make me send it to China, which costs over $200 to ship. The item was not as described on the website, and before I received the merchandise I tried to cancel and they forced the shipment on me. PayPal is not doing their job in resolving this matter, and I will not be using them anymore if they do not resolve this activity.
