So I bought something from Telegram. I received a message from a legit account on Reddit and he referred me to his guy. I messaged the guy and placed my order on Telegram. I paid about 330 bucks for the product, delivery and other things. I even had to send them money because they don't have gas, but they said it's refundable. So now it's been like 6 times since they tried to deliver and every time something came up on their end. Even though I paid everything, I'm still waiting for 3 weeks now. And now they said this - I will need your Reddit account as leverage to make sure you won't fuck me over. I will give you back the account once the package arrives today, and I will deliver it now if you are ready.
Is this a scam? What do I do? Can I give them a fake newly created Reddit account?
