I sold a ticket to someone from a group here. He keeps on delaying paying me, saying he has some bank issues, and is really uncooperative. I need that money, and today he finally said he'll pay me on 20th March and not to text him before that. I know I shouldn't have sent the tickets without receiving the payment, but now I'm stuck. I only have his phone number. Is there any way I can get his address or any information regarding him and get it reported to the police here in Mumbai? I've already been waiting for 9 days and I don't think he'll send the money even after the 20th March. He hasn't blocked me yet, so I don't know if he's scamming me or not. What are my possible solutions here? Any help is appreciated. He's also previously given 2 dates that he was supposed to pay on, but of course he didn't.
