My experience is the same as the others reporting. They have been sending generic responses about not being able to get a courier to help refund. I paid for shipping. They offered me a 50% discount and then tried to take 1144.88. They advertise on TikTok, X, all social media. A sign they are a scam is they turn all comments off. I have a lawyer and filed a police report.
