Then they asked for 2500 dollars for insurance, which had to be paid by bitcoin. They would not accept this payment through PayPal, reporting this as a scam. They threatened us to file a complaint to animal welfare for neglecting the kitten. They are attempting to get 5000 dollars more tomorrow via bitcoin, inserting 1000 dollars at a time. I was unaware of the rental crate cost and insurance cost — I only knew the price of the kitten, which I became aware of after signing the ownership of cat paperwork. We are being threatened with a 5000 dollar penalty for testing the health of the kitten, vaccinations, and microchip. If not paid, they will report us to animal welfare as being negligent to the kitten at the shipping office. Very threatening. I, the buyer, acknowledged receipt of a bill of sale for 650 dollars on the contract for the kitten. We were not allowed to decline this bill of sale within the first day. On the website there is no phone number, and it is a totally online store for kittens. The website said you have 24 hours to cancel your order, but we were not allowed. They are claiming we will be reimbursed for the 750 dollar rental of the cat crate and the 2500 dollars for insurance for the travel of the kitten.
