He received 12 bottles, in a plastic bag, dropped at the bottom of the stairs, and one bottle was leaking. He cleaned the bottle off, repacked the 12 bottles in a proper cardboard box securely, and returned it to the company. We need help, and as seniors, feel we have been taken advantage of.
