He used his phone to place an order for 6 bottles of Sugar Harmony Drops. He was told it would be a one-time charge of $314.58. He used his bank debit card to make the transaction. He received 12 bottles, in a plastic bag, dropped at the bottom of the stairs, and one bottle was leaking. He cleaned the bottle off, repacked the 12 bottles in a proper cardboard box securely, and returned it to the company. We need help, and as seniors, feel we have been taken advantage of. Anything you can provide us will be appreciated.
