My wife recently received $100 from some guy on Zelle. He then contacted her that he sent it to her by mistake because her phone number is off by one digit from his sister's phone number. Of course he didn't have another $100 for his sister's urgent matter and needed my wife to send the $100 back to him. Sadly, she did before I could stop her. I assume he is somehow going to reverse the original Zelle. Can she cancel hers? I thought Zelles couldn't be reversed. Do you really Zelle someone via their phone number and not bank information? Any chance this was a real dude making a mistake and not a scammer?
