Hey, I had this guy message me, 'velvitapr'. Based on his profile and posts he seems legit, even followers. He DM'd me asking if I want to make it in music, saying he can do that. He said he's looking for a few new artists to collab with and he'll send my music to his connections and labels or whatever. If I wanted real traction, that's how. Then he asked me my budget. So I asked what kind of budget he's looking for. Then he just sends me a link to his PayPal to 'send me your budget and we'll start from there'... does anyone know him?
