The site showed **“You Won: 3,202. 17 USDT”** (marked as **Bonus**). * Later in my transaction history, the system processed: * **Bonus Unlocked: +412. 25** * **Bonus Unlocked: -2,720. 00 (Bonus)** → bonus balance became **0** So my \~3. 2k “winnings” were effectively reduced to **412. 25**, and **2,720** was forfeited. Support claims this is due to a bonus rule like **“max unlock/cashout cap (200%) and excess winnings are forfeited.”** The problem is: the **Bonus T&C popup I could access during the deposit/claim flow (Daily Deposit Bonus 10%/5%) did not clearly show that cap/forfeiture rule**, and the T&C also seems inconsistent (mentions **3x** wagering in one place and **5x** elsewhere). Support refuses to provide account-level proof like the **Promotion/Campaign ID**, the **terms version I accepted**, my **acceptance log**, or the exact **calculation** for why the cap became **412. 25**. Screenshots available: winning screen (**3,202. 17**), ledger entries (**+412. 25 / -2,720**), the Bonus T&C popup shown at claim time, and chat replies. Has anyone else experienced this “bonus unlock” forfeiture on BCGAME? Any advice for escalation/dispute? https://preview. redd. it/expaid0ntwtg1. png?width=363&format=png&auto=webp&s=ca685a46c9b96ad963bc59e1509e40db59313b62
