Got a call from this person about 2-3 days ago claiming to he from a company which does some sort of things for you. I declined the call, as I thought it was the wrong number. He followed up a couple days later with a text on messages wanting access to my stripe account. My question is how did they find my mobile number in the first place and even my name. They claim to give 10-20% profit of businesses from stripe holders which feels very suspicious. I also wondering how they knew my number and how they knew I had a stripe account. This is the text he sent me recently: Hey \[my nam\] ! This is (his name) from (his company) . I know it's been a little while, but I wanted to reach out because we have something that could be a great fit for you. We work with Stripe account holders like yourself and match them with brand partners who process payments through their account.
