Forwarding service loses Pokemon card shipment twice

A reddit report about a impersonation scam that cost someone Amount not specified. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

This was a formerly reputable service turned into a one man run scam operation. I used this service to forward Pokemon cards and sealed boxes. After already losing my first shipment, they agreed to ship the rest of my items for free as "reimbursement" and close my account. This shipment was delayed for months and I was ghosted until I threatened legal action. He then claimed the items are in transit but refused to provide any tracking information. After reporting them to various authorities, he finally shipped the items to the wrong address and split them into multiple packages for no reason. The one containing the most high value items worth thousands of dollars "mysteriously" disappeared. When confronted about it, he refused to help or reimburse me, ignoring their own stated policy, unless I remove the negative reviews. Then he threatened to sue my uninvolved family members. All my most valuable cards are gone.
