Final Notice for a Jeep I Never Owned

A reddit report about a impersonation scam that cost someone Amount not specified. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

I've gotten several letters over the past 7 months or so about needing to call a 1-888 number to let someone know the mileage on my 2024 Jeep Gladiator. This is the first letter where they say this is strictly time sensitive, and that this is my final notice to call this number to give whoever I need to call the mileage on this car. It says if I neglect to activate my coverage, then I will be financially liable for any and all repairs after the factory warranty expires. I have never bought, rented, or driven a Jeep Gladiator and I don't have a car anywhere near this new, either. I've been trashing the letters I've been getting at first and this one came in looking like an official check where you tear the sides to open the letter. I'm wondering if anyone else is getting stuff like this too. It's always with a 2024 Jeep Gladiator. No one else in my family has gotten letters like this.
