For context, I've been paying these guys (Service Activation Center) through Mepco for about a year now, and just now I researched if the warranty is still valid since my sunroof shattered a month ago. Come to find out, they are one of those fishy third-party extended car warranty businesses. I tried to call today to cancel, but they questioned why I'm cancelling in the first place. They then texted me through my personal phone a 'template' saying I need to type and mail a letter to their offices in California. Just wondering if anyone has had success canceling their services with these guys. Gonna go to my bank tomorrow to see if I can get some help since they flagged them as a suspicious transaction the first time.
