YouTuber Joxy Scams Kids with Fake 911 Stream

Ok maybe not just him, but his friends too. I'll try to keep this as short as possible, however there are many things to go over. A few days ago, while I was scrolling through shorts, I ran into a live stream of a YouTuber named Joxy. It got my attention since it seemed very off for my algorithm. He placed a phone in front of the camera with the screen showing that he was ready to dial 911. He kept asking for donations in the chat saying that "two more donations and I'm gonna call 911". He basically keeps stalling and stalling, not actually calling 911, and the kids that are watching keep donating. Also his friend is in the background doing the same thing but like giving 10% of what Joxy is doing. Mind you, this guy is borderline screaming and fake crying into the camera because of how "scared" he is of calling 911 so he can keep the attention of the kids that watch him. So I reported the stream and moved on. The next day his stream pops up again for some reason. Same thing. Begging for donations saying that he will call 911 if he just gets a few more donations. I was ready to report the stream again but then I noticed that the stream was exactly the same. He is wearing the same clothes, same friend in the background, same lines as the day before. That's when I noticed that the actual phone in the stream is not showing the correct time and that the battery percentage of the phone does not move. The fact that a prerecorded stream had like 5k views on it and the donations just kept coming really pissed me off. That's when I decided to check out his actual account. He had two apology videos and a video saying he got shadow banned. Seeing that he got shadow banned (that seemed to do fuck all I guess) made me happy. The actual apology video was just him and his friends flexing their watches and just making fun of the fact that they are stealing money from kids (grown ass men btw). The other apology video was basically the same but he was alone and taking a piss at another streamer named Steak. Steak and some other guy exposed him in a livestream while he was doing some type of Roblox scam. He "adds" his viewers to his Roblox server without actually adding them. You would get added if you donate to his stream of course. Turns out he does various types of scams. The fake 911 call, the Roblox thing I mentioned earlier, giving away free Robux to viewers (he is currently streaming this). He probably did some other variations of the same thing. From what I got from Steak's stream is that his friends also have channels and are doing the same thing (didn't catch their usernames). After that I decided to look at his previous streams. You can actually see him setting up the prerecorded fake 911 streams. The thing is he cuts those videos to be like 3 seconds. Unless it's a stream that just ended. So then I noticed in his most recent stream that, at the beginning of the stream, he was snorting a line of cocaine (probably). He actually gives so little fucks that...
