PawCart refund scam: only 50% of promised 100%

A bbb report about a fake_shopping scam that cost someone $90.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

I ordered 2 couch covers. They advertised a 30 day 100% refund, if not happy. They were not at all what I expected. I attempted to return them the day they arrived. I was advised they were not accepting returns because their warehouse was full. They would give me a 50% refund and I could keep the covers. I advised I had no use for the covers and 50% refund was not acceptable as they advertised 100% refund. I texted daily for 2 weeks. No response. After 2 weeks I received a message that my request for a refund had been granted. I responded confirming a 100% refund. No response from PawCart. They did refund 50%. But what a scam…..I was out $90.00.
