Hey everyone, I wanted to share a massive warning about FragranceX.
I just dropped $892.34 CAD on a haul, and what I found inside one of the boxes is actually insane.
My order included:
Dior Homme Intense (150ml) - $262.80 CAD
Azzaro The Most Wanted (100ml)
Prada L’homme (100ml)
Prada Paradigme (100ml)
Montblanc Explorer (100ml)
The shipping box arrived sealed. All the other bottles were fine. But when I opened the Dior Homme Intense box, it felt a bit "off."
I opened it up, and instead of a 150ml bottle of Dior, there was a plastic bottle of "Great Value Organic Raw Honey" inside. Here is the kicker: I live in Ontario, Canada. Organic "Great Value" Raw Honey is a US-exclusive Walmart product. I literally cannot buy this bottle of honey in Canada.
This proves the swap happened at their US warehouse or within their US supply chain before it ever crossed the border to me.
I reached out to their support, and "Supervisor Laura" basically told me to kick rocks. She claimed their warehouse is "incapable" of errors and demanded an unboxing video—as if anyone films themselves opening every package they get.
They are refusing a refund and hiding behind a "carrier investigation" even though they admitted they don't suspect the carrier tampered with it.
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of "return fraud" or warehouse theft from them lately? It seems like they are taking returns, not checking the contents, and reselling tampered boxes as "new" to unsuspecting customers.
FragranceX is shipping $5 grocery store honey in place of $260+ Dior bottles and refusing to take responsibility. Avoid at all costs.
