Dress Return Scam from Fake NYC Online Store

A bbb report about a fake_shopping scam that cost someone $60.0. Learn how to avoid falling victim.

Ordered 2 dresses from a website that says the company is based out of NYC. They require returns to be mailed to China and require a tracking number sent to them with pictures, etc. Turns out it costs half of what I paid to return them to China. They would not provide a USA address to return to. Instead, they offered to refund me “up to 60%” but I’m not holding my breath. Such a scam. Plus, I ordered a small and the dresses fit like XL.
