Online Purchase - Online Retailer - Brushing Scam. The only item I have ordered were two ladies tops from a company named Dearscloth in Feb 21, 2026. Never received, but did receive a USPS package with a 1/4 sheet of paper. In 4/9/2026 I received another USPS package with fake tattoo ink and stencil in it. Both were from the Andy Chen person. Are Dearscloth and Andy Chen connected? Who knows.
