2 days ago I was charged $49.99 in my Revolut. Merchant name is Savonria which I have no idea about. On 22nd March I was also charged $1 twice from the same merchant but they were automatically reverted. I raised a dispute with Revolut but it was declined immediately saying that it was done via a digital wallet and so it was done via a passcode but I’m sure I didn’t. I checked all my purchase history but nothing found. I got in touch with Revolut support but they kept saying that a decision was already taken on the dispute and that’s final. Anyone got something similar?
